CAMERA COLLECTION
THE
8mm | Nizo offered this camera with either an Angenieux or Schneider (as pictured) zoom.
8mm | This unusual camera design was so influential that it was copied by the Russian camera company Lomo for their Neva camera, twice.
8mm | Manufactured by an American couple living in Paris, it is no coincidence that these cameras bear a miniature resemblance to the Bell & Howell 16mm Filmos of the time.
16mm | This company was founded by Marcel Beaulieu who would later gain much more fame manufacturing the 16mm and Super 8 cameras that bear his name.
16mm | Nizo made three variations of this camera, Modell A, B and C. The main difference being their lenses.
16mm | Before there was a Bell & Howell there was Bell Manufacturing Co. who only made this and one other specialty camera.
8mm | This was the only model Elmo offered before and after World War II. This pre-war version also has the handle extension which made it much easier to grasp.
8mm | I do not have any information on this camera other than it looks to be a cross between the Autocarena and Zoomex models.
